MAIN HOUSE 

It is a house of 250 m2, with four bedrooms, one is a suite; a living room divided in two atmospheres with a fireplace and a wide kitchen with a firewood stove. The windows are in Colonial Mineiro style and made in solid wood. 

SWIMMING POOL 

It has a dimension of 11,5m x 5,5m and it is covered in tiles. The borders are made in stone São Tomé and the area around is covered by Lepri ceramic floor.

ENCLOSURE 

Near the main house there is an enclosure of 70 m2, with a suite, a place for leisure with a barbecue grill, an oven, a firewood stove and two deposits.
 

HOUSE OF CARETAKER 

It is a comfortable house of 65 m2, with two rooms, balcony and independent parabolic antenna. 

ORCHARD 

Due to the cold climate the orchard produces good fruits of temperate and semi-tropical climate. It has trees of peach, nectarine, pear, mulberry, quince, kaki, acerola, guava, jabuticaba, Surinam cherry, pomegranate, star fruit, tamarind, papaya and banana, besides several orange, tangerina and lemon varieties.
