LAND 

It is a property of 20,2 alqueires; half of its area is covered by the Atlantic Forest and the other half is covered with pastures with braquiária. The forest area, as well as the sources, are enclosed seeking its protection. The soil is extremely fertile to almost any kind of farming.

WATER 

Rich in water, it possesses several sources, a stream that cuts the whole property and three dams with tilápias, carps, gold and black-bass. All the water comes from the property.
